Leiden's student fraternities each have their own buildings, and within these buildings there are student-run restaurants that open most nights and serve cheap, professionally-cooked meals for the student crowd. We decided to visit these restaurants under the guise of harmless students, while in fact critically and carefully scrutinising every aspect of the restaurant. Patronised and reviewed by yours truly, the Author and Dr Van Tafel Dree.
