Krefeld, Burg Linn and Duisburg Niederrhein-Therme

Anh Bin had driven from Hamburg to see us this day.

Anh Bin took me to Burg Linn, an old fortress near Krefeld.
And it happened again! I visited a place that I had already seen before in a dream! It was the round wooden platform at the top of the watchtower.

After coming home and falling in and out of sleep, went to go shopping for Carnival costumes for Chi Lan's son at Kaufhof. The stormtrooper costumes were all out of size.

Anh Bin (background) also suffering from the effects of jetlag after driving all the way from Hamburg to Krefeld to see the family.

At home again, I fell into another deep sleep.
When I woke, Anh Bin had the idea to go to a sauna centre.
I didn't have any shorts with me, and it turns out I didn't need any.
It was a proper European sauna centre, replete with nudity. There were all types of different ways to surround yourself with water, scented, unscented, salted, hot and cold. For example, the sauna, spa, salt bath, swimming pool, sauna with eucalyptus, sauna with vanilla, buckets to deep your feet in hot and cold water.
Japanese onsen, eat your heart out.
There was even different types of showers, for post-sauna, including a bucket suspended above head height with a pull string. When you pulled it, the bucket tipped a load of icy cold water over you. Marvellous!
I came back out into the winter cold feeling warmer and with smoother skin. I could even pull out individual blackheads with my fingers as they had popped out 50% of the way!.
